Welcome to Mediafront, a Swedish blog about media-related news. This blog will try to give different perspectives on media, both from journalistic point of view – but also from the viewpoint of the ones who tries to influence different kinds of media.

Influence can come from many different sources. It can come advertisement and media agencies, prominent bloggers, internet communities and different communications strategies executed by PR agencies. Because media influence is not only made with commercial interests at heart, but also political, it is unavoidable to not cover some politics in the blog as well.

The media landscape is changing with new technology, and with that, new media consumption habits develops. Media and techonlogical news are these days even more interwoven and because of that it is hard not to discuss future media consumtion habits and technological advances in media.
